FORMED PERMANENT WORKING BODIES OF PALILULA MUNICIPALITY

Fifth meeting of Palilula Municipality went in the spirit of constitution of permanent Municipal bodies. After the adoption of the minutes from the fourth regular meeting of Palilula Municipality, the Rules amending the Rules of Palilula Municipality were also brought. The councilors with majority of votes brought the Decision on formation of eight Municipal commissions: Commission for youth – Marija Stojanovic, president; Commission for sport Dragan Radovanovic, president; Commission for social issues – Mira Atanasijevic, president; Commission for culture, education and historical heritage, Miodrag Mihajlovic, president; Commission for communal issues and work with citizens councils, Aleksandar Popovic, president; Commission for agriculture, sustainable development and life environment protection, Ratko Stefanovic, president; Commission for projects and entrepreneurship, Vlada Stanic, president; Commission for gender equality and equal opportunities, Dimitanka Rancic, president; According to Milos Stojkovic, Palilula Municipal Assembly, the decisions on formation of the commissions were brought on the basis of the former decision of Palilula Municipal Assembly on the number and title of commissions and then approval of the Assembly of the City of Nis. With our Rules of Procedures and the Statute of the Municipality, we arranged that with the consent of all the coalition partners, the presidents of the commissions may not be in the permanently employed. In this way, we reduced the number of the employed in Palilula Municipality.

The decisions on the formation of two Municipal councils on this meeting, the councilors actually did not take into consideration. The appropriate consent was not obtained, therefore about the members of the Commission for administrative and mandate imunity issues and Council for European integrations and cooperation with SKGO will be decided on one of the coming meetings.

On the fifth meeting of the Assembly, the Conclusion on repealing decision on local self-government in the territory of Palilula was also brought, that was adopted during the former formation of the Assembly in 2009 and directed to the Nis City Assembly for consideration. Since it has been not talked about it in the City, the Decision that opens new possibilities of defining possibilities of organization and work of local self-government in the Municipality was also brought.
